All silencers are designed to optimise sound attenuation and backpressure. Sound attenuation is documented by the Dinex test procedure where the measured dB(A) values are supported by 1/3 Octave from 125 Hz to 8000 Hz. Backpressure is kept at an absolute minimum in compliance with engine manufacturers maximum allowable limits. Exhaust silencer in more than 50 different baffle sizes are available in normal mild steel, stainless steel and aluminised steel.
